Returns & Exchanges

At DULCE STORE PARIS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Paris

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
